There is something incredibly beautiful about embracing natural silver strands.

For me, caring for curls has always been about maintaining their health, strength, and integrity. That philosophy extends to gray coverage, too. I choose a gentler approach whenever possible and avoid harsh lightening techniques, bleach, and high-level developers that can compromise the health of the curl.

Instead of permanent color, I often use a demi-permanent color to softly blend gray. It allows us to enhance and blend the silver without creating a harsh line of demarcation as the hair grows. As the demi-permanent color gradually fades, the new growth transitions much more naturally and seamlessly.

I like to tell my clients, “Being in one committed relationship is enough. Why would you need another with your hair color?” Your hair doesn't need to become another thing you constantly have to maintain.

And maybe your gray doesn't need to be covered at all.

Those silver strands tell a story. They represent experiences, memories, laughter, challenges, and years lived. They have been earned.
